We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Analyst, with SAP Projects /ECC experience to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Product Manager, Finance, this role is responsible for the delivery of business requirements which form the basis of change to business processes, policies and systems, to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.

About The Role

In this role, you will collaborate with Business stakeholders and the Project team to provide concept, feasibility analysis and functional requirements for initiatives. You will elicit, analyse, communicate and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes and policies. Other important role responsibilities include

- Developing business and process requirements
- Preparation of test scripts, cases and the conducting of testing
- Conduct quality assurance of proposed solutions

About You

You will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar sized environment, ideally gained working within a Finance related business function. Experience with SAP ECC or working on SAP projects will be highly regarded, as will experience working in retail.

You will be able to quickly establish strong working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of business and IT stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, operational team members and external vendors both on and off shore. You will have a strong track record demonstrating your analytical and problem solving skills, and logical approach to problem solving.In addition to this you will have

- Demonstrated experience working with diverse Business stakeholders to influence solutions
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering or Economics.
- Initiative, flexibility and innovative thinking
- The ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced environment
- strong communication, facilitation, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Previous experience in projects that have used Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Highly regarded)
