The Cyber Security team provides security services and guidance to protect our team and customers from cyber threats, manage our risks and enable Woolworths to safely move at speed

About the Role
Our goal is to have customers put us first, across all our brands. One of the keys to achieving and sustaining this is building and maintaining lean systems and end-to-end processes.

The purpose of this role is to drive the uplift of security controls and services across the Woolworths Group. You will work with the Cyber and IT Risk teams to support the definition and implementation of a cyber compliance program of work to test and validate the compliance of the technology environment to internal policies and standards and external regulatory requirements and best practices. 


You will work with the relevant teams across Technology to improve the quality and effectiveness of security controls on existing systems and ensure that new solutions are being delivered in a compliant fashion. 


You will be a valued and an integral member of the team who is always learning and driving efficiencies through process improvement and enhancements and automation in support of maximizing effectiveness.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
  • Some Cyber Security or IT experience with a focus on governance, risk and compliance/control
  • Experience with PCI-DSS compliance, NIST and CIS desirable
  • Previous experience in or a solid understanding of a Senior Business Analyst skill set will be highly regarded
  • The ability to influence people and outcomes through good logic and communication
  • The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Experience driving business outcomes & excellent communication skills
  • A passion for what you do with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
