** Site Manager**** Ref# 3351292**A fantastic long-term site-based opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our Global EPC Client based in Perth, WA. This is initial 12 month opportunity, working on a 2:1 roster.**Responsibilities will include:**As the Project Manager, your key accountabilities will include the below; * Provides construction management function of all field service work of EPC contractor and act as the Owner’s Representative as set out in the contract obligations;* Management of the EPC Agreement’s site-based activities;* Monitor / Audit EPC field progress & productivity as established by its Project Schedule with the Project Engineer and Project Scheduler;* Monitor / Audit EPC field work quality compliance with its Quality Management Plan and procedures in coordination with the Principal Engineering and Project Engineer;* Monitor / Audit EPC safety performance and adherence of its Safety Management Plan and procedures in coordination with the HSE Manager and Safety Coordinator;* Coordinate with the Principal Engineer for field engineering issues surrounding the EPC Contractor installations;* Monitor / Audit / Validate the EPC Contractor’s monthly progress payment certificates and coordinate any issues with the Contracts Administrator;* Review / Audit / Validate with Project Manager all variances and risk related to EPC Contractor field work.* Leading the management of HSE in the field and ensuring the EPC is adhering and performing to their program. * Perform duties as the Registered Manager for the site under the Mine Safety & Inspection Act. * Monitors installation for compliance with the design, scope and all codes, standards and regulations; * Supporting the design review process phase through constructability reviews, risk and opportunity reviews; * Supporting the EPC in the establishment of the project site facilities; * Managing and administering of the site contracts to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule objectives; * Managing interfaces on site including between contractors, and between Construction and Operations; * Supervision of testing and completion of construction; * Handover to Operations; * Commercial closeout of contracts; * Represent the client in conducting site tours for visitors and responsibility for their transportation and safety including orientation and provision of protective equipment and clothing;* Document and report on Project status, progress, cost and schedule including variance analysis of issues, risks, costs and schedules supported by the project team; and* Development and maintenance of the project safety culture with the Project Manager and Site Manager.To be considered, please forward your resume as soon as possible or contact Eliza on 0429 801588
