We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse with extensive skills in Cardiac Care and/or High-Dependency Care to join our team at St Stephens

You will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. You will assist with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
You will be an experienced practitioner with a commitment to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and an advocate for person-centred care; leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service, you will also demonstrate:
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience in Cardiac/High-Dependency Nursing
- Flexibility to work rotational rostering
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice are desirable

Clinical Nurse - $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618) + 10% super + not for profit salary packaging
