About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a short term contract or internal secondment until the end of August 2021. This role can be based from nationally in NSW, VIC, QLD, or WA.

As the TA Coordinator, you will partner across the business to source fantastic talent in this area right across Australia. You play a key role in ensuring all candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders have a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you’ll be doing

- plan, conduct, and evaluate recruitment assignments and apply correct procedures and standards of delivery
- work with store to agree sourcing approach for Hard to fill roles (CSA’s/Services)
- establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships ensuring a solid understanding of the functional Talent Acquisition requirements and strategic workforce plan
- liaise with P&C; to manage the internal talent community and identify suitable internal candidates promoting career development and progression
- advise, coach and educate stakeholders on the recruitment process, systems and tools
- conduct checks on candidates before hire, including Working Rights checks and reference checks as required

Good things you’ll need

- be available immediately
- proven, successful experience administering a recruitment process in a high volume, transactional environment
- knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes and implementation of sourcing strategies for entry level positions
- demonstrated strong experience in partnering and influencing stakeholders at all levels with high level customer service
- High attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple competing priorities
- strong knowledge of best industry best practice processes with a focus on Continuous Improvement and simplification
- prior Applicant Tracking System experience, PageUp preferred
- the ability to build and maintaining candidate and stakeholder relationships
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
