About the role
Maters Data and Digital Solutions team is searching for two Technical Lead’s to drive the adaption and automation of development practices to align with our Digital Plan. These roles are newly created with one leading the D FinOps team and the other leading our D CRM. Reporting to the Manager – D & Power Platforms, our Technical Leads are integral to Maters D journey and will work closely with all levels of the business to set the direction of solution development.
Both opportunities are based in our corporate office in Newstead with flexible working arrangements and are permanent and full-time roles.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
What you’ll be doing
Typical duties include: Lead documentation of technical specifications and solutions, including architecture and designs for the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Lead the development of frameworks used for documenting technical specifications and solutions, including architecture and designs Lead development of DTI technical knowledge repositories including developing standards and policies. Contribute towards the development of legislation and regulations in relation to document management Lead the review of business requirements with the relevant stakeholders Lead establishment of policies & principles in relation to change & release management Lead training and mentoring of team members Lead identification of continuous improvement opportunities Engage effectively with stakeholders and lead investigation and resolution of issues, incidents and opportunities Provide leadership in developing standards, guidelines & best practices towards design and development activities. Deliver professional, timely and effective services for complex solutions in all stages of software development life cycle. Lead code reviews and act as a gate keeper for changes being deployed to higher environments Contribute to technical or business forums and working groups internal to Mater Undertake production support and operational maintenance activities Support the supervisor in ensuring that the tickets in service management tool are resolved within the target resolution times Lead the management and resolution of complex production issues and incidents Provide On-Call support when required Assist the supervisor in managing and leading design and development of small to medium sized projects Assist the supervisor in undertaking interviews and onboarding of new employees
To be successful we are looking for the following:
CRM Demonstrated experienced in developing & maintaining customisations in various D CRM modules – Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Funding & Engagement, Customer Insights Experienced in CRM administration using Lifecycle Services Experienced in applying Microsoft patches and undertaking upgrades
FinOps Demonstrated experience in developing & maintaining customisations for D FinOps modules – AP, GL, Operational activities Experienced in FinOps administration using Lifecycle Services Experienced in applying Microsoft patches and undertaking upgrades
