About the role
We have an exciting, newly created role within our Counter Fraud Intelligence Hub for a Fraud Intelligence Team Manager, to join our team in Brisbane, here at RACQ. As a Fraud Intelligence Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the fraud intelligence function within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud across all lines of business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and data analytics, to identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity. You will also be responsible for training and educating team members on fraud detection and fraud prevention best practices.
