Payroll Officer & Senior Payroll Officer (Open Pool)

The Opportunities
As a Payroll Officer (Level 2) you will maintain personnel records and process documentation for payment of salaries, wages, allowances, deductions and benefits using a Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS).

As a Senior Payroll Officer (Level 3) you will provide an effective customer focussed personnel and payroll consultancy and advisory support service to clients at all levels across the Department of Communities. Including maintaining the integrity of the data in the Human Resource Management Information System.

The Recruitment Process
This is an open pool recruitment process for permanent and fixed term opportunities. If you are suitable for this position, you will be placed in a Pool from which appointments may be made for similar vacancies across the Department of Communities.

As this is an open pool, you can apply at any time and interviews will be conducted on a regular basis.

The first round of assessment commenced on Friday, 9 December 2022 at 10am. If you applied for the pool prior to this cut off time, your application is being assessed by the panel and you will be advised of the outcome in due course, where you can reapply should you be unsuccessful.
