(inclusive of base salary & % superannuation) plus generous salary packaging & additional allowances as outlined in the agreement where appropriate. About this role

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic, operational and technical HR advice and coaching to NMHS managers and directors in relation to generalist HR matters, with a strong linkage across all functional areas within the People and Culture remit. In this role, you will be empowered to partner with operational leads to support the delivery of strategic HR plans and solutions, improving organisational performance and productivity to meet NMHS objectives.

You will report to the Manager – HR Business Partner aligned to your portfolio.

  • Experience coaching and partnering with leaders and managers to build their people management capabilities.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving results in an HR role of similar complexity.
  • Confidence to operate as a trusted adviser to people managers during periods of transformation and change.
  • Well developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, with experience in the provision of proactive and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong personal integrity, and the ability to champion and role model the NMHS’ values of: Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity.
