About this role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic, operational and technical HR advice and coaching to NMHS managers and directors in relation to generalist HR matters, with a strong linkage across all functional areas within the People and Culture remit. In this role, you will be empowered to partner with operational leads to support the delivery of strategic HR plans and solutions, improving organisational performance and productivity to meet NMHS objectives.

You will report to the Manager – HR Business Partner aligned to your portfolio.
