Gilshenan & Luton Legal Practice has long been recognised as one of Queensland's leading criminal law and workplace law practices.  We act for privately funded clients and are committed to excellence in client service and legal representation.  We are a busy and friendly team, and are looking for a committed and dynamic person to assist our Office Manager in all aspects of the firm’s operations. 

The position could suit an experienced person with skills in office accounting and general administration, or a finance/business student who is looking for an opportunity to build their career.

 

The successful applicant will assist with the following:

  • Financial management including general and trust accounting
  • General office and premises management
  • HR
  • Other general office duties as required

  • ability to work well in a team
