This is a Digital Marketing role (SEO, website maintenance, social media management and social media optimization, webinars, portals, video production, photography & e-marketing) with some graphic design tasks. You will need to be switched on, detail oriented, highly organised, enthusiastic, have a sense of fun and have a willingness to take on creative ownership of projects. You need to be able to thrive in a hands on and varied environment and never shy away from putting your hand up to help out where needed to showcase your talents.

The successful applicant will be responsible for;

  • Development and implementation of the organisation’s digital marketing strategy to drive engagement and referrals for the organisation
  • Content creation and management including videography, photography, EDM’s & graphic design; alongside our in-house Graphic Designer. Videography and photography is a core part of our marketing strategy and a key aspect of this role.
  • Moderation of our social media channels including scheduling, posting, comments and direct messages in an engaging and appropriate way for the brand.
  • Management & maintenance of our 5 organisational websites including an ecommerce site.
  • Copy writing content for our various digital channels.
  • Monthly reporting including website traffic, social media performance, ROI and putting forward recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting the Marketing Team to deliver successful internal & external events.

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold Digital Marketing/ Digital Media qualifications (Diploma or above)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar marketing role
  • Have proven videography & photography experience
  • Be able to develop and maintain websites.
  • Are a proficient user of the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube channels for business purposes.
  • Are a proficient user of Google Analytics
  • Have strong and clear writing skills and good understanding of online communication principles with impeccable spelling & grammar.
  • Have experience with Adobe / InDesign / Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Be able to demonstrate creative solutions via previous work experience or training / portfolio examples
  • Hold a current NSW drivers licence


The Position is Permanent Full time (76 hours per fortnight) on a flexi-time contract. This role is covered under the SCHCADS Award Level 4 Classification ($37.54 - 40.39 per hr). THe role is based at our Head Office in Campbelltown but will involve travel to our various sites across South West Sydney and out in the community to capture photography and videography content. Also offered is salary packaging, an accrued day off each fortnight and leave loading. A copy of the Role Description can be found attached
