The Opportunity
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the GM Marketing, the role\'s key will be to support and drive the marketing performance across all digital channels to ensure commercial sales targets are achieved across Australia and New Zealand, in alignment with the overall marketing and business strategy.r>
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator
Support the marketing team to implement digital strategies to drive consumers to the website.r>
campaign management - ensure online campaigns are delivered accurately and on time through briefing, execution, and scheduling.r>
Focus on full funnel customer journeys that help support customer lifetime value for the Shaver Shop brand.r>
eDM Design and Development - Coordinate the design and development of eDMs to deliver strong engaging customer messaging to support key marketing activities.r>
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to schedule and develop customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.r>
Social Media Strategy - Come up with creative ways to communicate to our customers through Social Media channels, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snap Chat + more.r>
Blog content execution - working with beauty bloggers to ensure our content is delivered timely and with maximum benefits for SEO.r>
Work closely with external stakeholders through agency and partners to ensure that Shaver Shop benefits from these key partnerships.r>
Manage digital marketing and platforms and maintain the latest features and functionality.r>
Live and breathe the products - knowing the products that Shaver Shop sells in detail is a key success factor for this role!
Provide daily support to the marketing team across all systems, processes, and campaigns.r>
Key requirements
2 - 3 years\' experience in marketing - particularly website content management, social media,
Experience working with Fluent Commerce and Salesforce systems
Comfortable working closely external and internal stakeholders
Strong personal, written and verbal communication skills
Passion for products and content - producing information that is on point and succinct
retail experience preferred, particularly if experience includes Beauty and/or Personal Care
