About the Role

You will sit within the Marketing Team and report to the Campaign Operations Manager. The marketing team is made up of creatives, copywriters, digital producers and campaign managers who work collaboratively to develop first class content for digital media channels.

This is a supporting role for the boarder marketing team which will see you assist and support numerous team members to implement end-to-end email marketing and communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support our wide variety of email marketing campaigns
  • Support internal communications, including daily reports and our weekly newsletter
  • Support internal and client facing webcasts
  • Provide support when required to our Investor Relations team
  • Assist with marketing reports from CRM and other reporting tools
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the distribution team to ensure all marketing tactics move quickly and efficiently through build and approvals processes
  • Work with compliance manager to ensure all digital marketing campaigns comply with email best practice and privacy laws

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing/communications role ideal
  • Experience using a CRM platform
  • Experience in customer database management and segmentation
  • Experience using digital reporting tools to deliver actionable insight
  • Experience using GoTo or similar platform
  • Ability to build strong relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • A strategic and analytical thinker
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
