This a full-time role and a salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.

Tasks and Duties Include:

Social Media Management:

  • Create Content that is engaging, fresh, interesting, creative and on brand,
  • Curate and manage all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule daily content across all company accounts that reflects the brand’s values and mission.
  • Respond to comments and questions on all social media channels in a respectful and timely manner.
  • Possess an understanding of social media insights and analytics. Utilise these insights to enhance social media strategies.
  • Create and schedule paid ad campaigns via Facebook ads Manager or via Google Analytics.
  • Compile weekly reports on all social media tracking, such as the net audience growth, impressions, engagements, reach and post volume.

Copywriting & Communications:

  • Write and manage all copy requests for all aspects of the company - including EDM’s, website copy, blog posts, social media copy, print copy, ad copy, internal newsletters and communications, and any other ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure copy is engaging, clear, creative and in-line with the brand tone of voice.
  • Develop and manage website and landing pages
  • Manage and execute the delivery of all printed and digital marketing collateral.
  • Manage and execute the consistent delivery of an EDM schedule.
  • Implement and maintain all communication processes and procedures.
  • Other marketing projects are as required, client gifts, sponsorship, and assisting with internal and external events etc.

Public Relations:

  • Create and nurture new and existing media relations.
  • Plan and create effective press releases.
  • Always thinking of ways to pitch campaigns and other news-worthy company information to media contacts.
  • Be the first point of contact for all media inquiries.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Prior experience in Social Media Management, excellent knowledge of various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, experience in paid advertisements.
  • Experience working with MS Office, Salesforce & Salesforce Pardot, Wix, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Squarespace, WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Commercial CPC Case Studies showing improvements in metrics.
  • Experience in Commercial CRO showing examples of aligning marketing with website conversions.
  • Plus an understanding of a 10X Mentality.
  • Experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry a bonus.
