Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager to support the BOQ Business Bank. The key focus of this role is to improve the digital experience for our clients and potential clients, drive traffic to our websites, deliver email marketing campaigns, help deliver online acquisition activity, manage ongoing reporting and work with key internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Key responsibilities:

Day to day maintenance of the BOQ Business (BOQB) and BOQ Finance (BOQF) corporate websites, including but not limited to:

  • On-going website improvements
  • Building promotional landing pages, enquiry forms and product pages
  • Uploading content including homepage promotions, videos, editorials and client testimonials
  • Conversion rate optimisation: utilise website analytics and Adobe Target to conduct A/B and multivariate testing with the view improve the on-site experience
  • SEO activities
  • On going reporting against our digital KPIs
  • Industry/legislative updates as required by Legal/Compliance
  • Ad hoc changes and updates

  • Collaborate with product and marketing team members:

  • Assist with digital campaign elements including: website and digital media requirements, lead capture forms, tracking, and reporting
  • Support fellow digital marketing team members on projects and BOQ Group initiatives

  • Contribute to the development and delivery if the social strategy:

  • Monitor our social media channels and report back on findings
  • Develop and publish content to our LinkedIn pages
  • About You

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) essential, and Campaign and Target an asset
  • Proficiency using analytics tools such as Google and Adobe
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Social media experience
  • Demonstrated experience of building, maintaining successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Manages multiple projects effectively and accurately
  • Ability to execute quality output under tight deadlines
  • Very organised and detail oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ensures adherence to digital marketing guidelines and policies at all times
