What is your role?


As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be working as part of our phone attendant super team, your aim is to collaborate with your peers and share knowledge, bring excellent phone etiquette and professionalism whilst handling clients through a range of different topics. Customer service is your number one priority. Our training is thorough and effective so don't worry if you don't have any previous experience because our current staff and training program will get you flowing on the phones in no time.


This is afull-time position. Your typical hours will be 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.


What we need from you



  • Excellent customer service, no prior experience will require training which we provide

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phones

  • Understanding of KPIs

  • Understanding of MS Office, Outlook and Gmail

  • Experience working in an office environment however this is not necessary


If you have no prior experience in this field, don't let this deter you from applying as we train staff daily and have extensive workshops to aid those reach the level they desire.

This is a work from home opportunity so you will be able to conduct your duties within the comfort of your own home.


The hourly rate for this position is $31.20/hr plus performance commission
